Work Sans was chosen as the typeface for its readability and modern feel, while a neutral color palette with bold accent colors provided both accessibility and visual appeal. The layout was built on a 4-point grid, ensuring responsive design across desktop and mobile.
Glassmorphism-inspired visuals added modernity while maintaining clarity. Templates were designed to be ATS-compliant (Applicant Tracking System friendly), ensuring compatibility with major recruitment platforms.
