When people shop online, speed of delivery is of major concern. When surveyed, online shoppers revealed they expect same or next day delivery to mean the same as fast delivery. How can we design an experience for a service that aims to make this a reality?
I led the product design team of four that worked on this project. I was responsible for setting up the design system, conducting user and market research and articulating product vision, as well as coordinating with engineering and management.
